[L4D2] Replace (Most) Magnums

Don't like the one-shot kills that magnums get you on the server you've modded to make infected tougher than usual? Tired of tweaking the gun damage only to have headless zombies still coming at you? Then get rid of (most) of the magnums in the game by using this plugin.
