[TF2] Rocket Showdown

I was asked to make this feature for someone, and I found it pretty funny so I turned it into its own plugin.



It disables the taunt-kill of the heavy's "showdown" taunt, but instead, it fires a rocket in whatever direction he is facing. This allows for some quite funny kills and actually gives the heavy a form of rocket jump!
