Upload map faster

Hello guys.. I'm currently hosting a CZ server at home and I'm wondering if there's a cvar that i can set so I can upload custom maps faster to the players when they join? My server upload speed is so slow for some reason, and I have plenty of bandwidth to spare to my server because I'm running on fios.. Any help will be very appreciated.. thanks
