[Suggestion] End Round

Hello, I need a plugin that could fix the map surf_ski_2. It's usually a map that all players from same team need to be killed in order the round to finish, else way, it's not finishing even when the time expire. Could you help me out with such an plugin, but if it's possible to do ONLY that, not other things. Thanks in advance. :)
