[TF2] Latest Update broke Slay command?

As the topic states, ever since I used the update tool to update TF2 today, SourceMod's slay command (also the Smite plugin) doesn't do anything anymore. It says 'Player has been slain' but nobody actually suffers any damage. What's wrong?
