[REQ] Blockteams (i searched and i dont found)

i request a blockteam plugin which blockteams with a command :

amx_bt 1/0

if amx_bt is 1 they cant change team (only with admin commands -amx_teammenu-) and there can be specators but they cent join the game at one of teams
