[REQ] !commands [Easy]

I request this plugin with this functions:



I want commands you can do in the chat with !commands

With admin flag "D"



examples:

!slay name reason

!slap name reason

!kick name reason

!noclip name reason

!unnoclip name

!ban name time reason



I want this plugin, for my servers. But I know there is many other people who really want this plugin. It's a private plugin atm, but if someone release it, I know many people will be happy ;)
