[TF2] Force Team/Class

I apologize if this already exists, or if the game simply does not allow for this sort of plugins. I just created my server today so I'm pretty new to all of this. I am looking for a plugin that forces every client that joins the game into a random team and class. I would also like for it to have admin commands allowing me to switch a client's team or class.



Is there already such a plugin, or is it something that could conceivably be created?
