SDK Tools Error

I'm getting the following error in my Modular Combat server:

L 10/31/2011 - 03:07:39: [SDKTOOLS] Could not locate FireOutput - Disabling detour

I'm using the latest Sourcemod (1.4.0) and Metamod Source (1.8.7).



Is this an engine problem or because the mod hasnt been updated in over a year?
