Server Crash for NPC IN CSS

I installed the noc in css exts.But it can't work.When i typed "sm exts load monster.ext" in Console,the server crashed.

And it reported:

"Assert( Assertion Failed: Illegal termination of worker thread 'CNet Encrypt:0'):./threadtools.cpp:2610

threadtools.cpp <2610> : Assertion Failed: Illegal termination of worker thread 'SteamFindServerThread'

threadtools.cpp <2610> : Assertion Failed: Illegal termination of worker thread 'CIPCServer::m_ThreadClient'"
