Auto-Spawn when connected, Latest steam update

Hi, i run a css zombie server. I want to know



1.) How do i make players auto-spawn at startClick post title for more detailsafter like 3 minutes a player connects, he has to type !zspawn to spawn as zombie. But on other servers they automatically spawn when they join a team



2.) After the last steam update, i find that sometimes as zombies there is a shaking effect on the screen. It lasts for a random period of time. Any solution for this
