Need plugin: Admin see dead chat

Need plugin that admin can see the dead players, spectators chat when they are alive. it would be better if that requires a spec. admin flag, 'cause i dont want that all admins see it, only super admins if you know what i mean, sorry about my bad english. :) and i hope i created topic in direct subforum - if not sorry :D
